During processing, you will not receive order status updates. Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 2-7 business days is standards or shipping.

Once your package is in the hands of USPS or the appropriate carrier, Self Gifted Care is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue arises after your package has shipped, please contact your local post office directly for assistance.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We do not assume responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for covering additional shipping costs to have it resent.
